Entertainment and Personal Preferences (Cambridge English)
In Unit 4, students explore the topic of entertainment and personal preferences. In Cycle 1, they learn to talk about music by asking and answering yes/no and Wh-questions with "do" (e.g., "Do you like rock music?" and "What kind of music do you like?"). In Cycle 2, they practice making invitations (e.g., "Would you like to go to a concert?") and giving polite excuses (e.g., "I'd love to, but I have other plans.") using "would" and verb + to + verb structures. Through engaging conversations, role-plays, and vocabulary activities, learners develop the confidence to express their preferences and communicate politely in social situations.
